Refunds

All Hair orders are custom made to order, unfortunately we don’t accept refunds or returns due to hygiene and the nature of the products unless, your item is faulty or the wrong order is sent however, it must be in its original state and packaging. However, our hair care products may be returned in an unopened, original state.

Please choose the correct mailing options, as we will not be able to assist you with Royal Mail should you choose the non insured option and your package is lost. Placing an order is confirmation of this understanding and agreement to these terms.

Cancellations

We are unable to process any cancellations after order placed however, should you quickly notice an error after placing your order please email for assistance however, we can’t guarantee the cancellation.
Any cancellations, whether initiated by you or by us (in the event of a high-risk fraudulent order), will incur a 5% processing fee deducted from the total amount refunded. This fee helps us cover the administrative costs associated with processing cancellations and maintaining the security of our operations.
