Items must be in their original, unused condition. Damages & Issues

Lost/missing Parcels
Once your package is confirmed as delivered by our shipping carrier, any subsequent loss or theft is beyond our control. Due to the high-value of our products, we regret to inform you that we are unable to refund or reship packages marked as delivered by the courier. We advise customers to ensure a secure delivery location and consider purchasing shipping insurance for added protection.
